Kathy Higginbotham

Kathy Higginbotham, aka Kent Island Kathy is a resident of Kent Island, believer in Love and Boss Mom! Her and her husband, Jeff moved to Kent Island in 2014 and quickly fell in love with the beach town, family community, local owned businesses and variety of real estate.

Kathy graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Marketing and has over 15 years of sales and business development experience, including in the wedding industry. This combined experience allows her to look at each property as a business, create a customized marketing plan, handle negotiations, ensure clean contracts and successful settlements while providing top level service to her clients.
